To begin with the location of the property was amazing pretty central and in safer part of Baltimore! This was my first solo trip to the states (I’m a young Canadian female) so I and my family and friends were quite nervous so I decided to book my hotels that had higher security, and the lord Baltimore was just that. The revolving doors when you first walked in greeted you with a beautifully decorated and structured lobby, but also security guards. The only way to get up to a floor was if you had an active key card, the doors in the rooms had multiple locks and the windows also had locks. There was always a lot of staff present even during the night so I always felt safe. The room it self was spacious with a closet, bathroom, dresser and desk, chairs, a king bed, two night stands, floor lamps, a tv, a fridge and microwave. Even with all of that stuff there was plenty of open space left. The staff was very accommodating and had no problems helping you with questions about the city, etc. lord Baltimore is an older hotel but it has been beautifully maintained over the years.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The valet parking was prompt and convenient, taking the stress out of city parking right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to housekeeping, every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards, which made exploring the city and catching a game incredibly easy. We also appreciated the smooth online check-in and check-out process, which saved us time and made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The lobby is stunning and so incredibly interesting! The atmosphere was marvelous, the staff friendly. I love that they allow dogs! Mark with the pink glasses at the service desk is a gem! I loved the interesting, classic look of the place. The rooms are dated but it's part of the charm. Truly, it was charming to me but the rooms could so with renovating a bit. I mean it is an old hotel and it reminds me of the old black and white movies. Different, a touch run down in some areas but classy and classic!

I loved the historical restorations, especially the lobby (that gorgeous ceiling!). The on-site Bistro & Bakery was great; it and the restaurant and bar in the lobby must have had great food, as they were always busy! I stopped by the bar once for a drink and dessert: the tiramisu was delicious! Also, in a great location, walking distance to inner harbor, convention center, shops & restaurants.

We had a really nice stay..even though it was only one night, we were a stones throw away from the arena, which was great. We really liked the Bistro, the staff was really nice and the food options were just enough for on the go! The Tavern was a bit underwhelming for me..my glass had red lipstick on it..otherwise ok. Will stay again!
